EMD RETURN POLICY
As a result of all the issues with wire fraud, we are implementing a new policy for returning EMDs via direct deposit.
Going forward in order to return an EMD, we will need to complete the following steps.
- Mutual Release signed by ALL parties
- Completed EMD Authorization Form
- Phone number confirmation via text
- Bank info confirmation via phone call
