I think you’ll all agree last year was a pretty crazy year, especially when working with buyers in multiple offer situations.
Now think about this, we are entering 2022 with 9,000 less homes for sale compared to this time last year.
My point is… 2022 is going to be another year of multiple offers.
Total inventory Dec. 2020 was 24,699 (down 26% year-over-year)
Total inventory Dec 2021 is 15,669 (down 36% year-over-year)
